LONG TERM LET AVAILABLE

Hi Folks
I'm hearing on the webvine that there appears to be a shortage of long term lets in the area. we are considering offering a 6 month let on Quesada from October 1ST 2011 to April 1st 2012. This is a large 3 bed 2 bath villa- private pool- lots of outdoor space. no pets no smoking indoors, legitimate contract no gentlemens agreement sorry.
